Hello! I’m Fajer Hayat, aka, Fajer Eats!
The first thing you should know about me: I love food… I love food A LOT! While I eat my breakfast, I daydream about what’s for lunch. The blank spaces in my head have become filled with it; The sweet, the savory and everything in between!
I received my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship at San Diego State University. During my years abroad, I spent my days exploring flavors in different cultures and cuisines. I then came back to Kuwait and jumped into one of the country’s largest industries, Food & Beverage!
I’ve delivered and implemented solid market strategies and led product development. I’ve done PR work, and managed influencer bookings and invitee lists for major F&B events. I've directed photo and videos shoots for our clients, and attended Le Cordon Bleu's Food Photography & Styling workshop to really develop my skillsets. I’ve managed effective marketing campaigns for both dine-in and digital brands. Througouth my experience, I’ve become specialized in F&B content creation & marketing.
I began to document what I ate, and before I knew it, I had over 150,000 people following to see what my next meal would be—turning me into a professional eater.
