BURGER KING EAT & GREET
I was approached by Burger King to create an awareness and buzz marketing campaign for their newly launched plant-based products. As plant-based is still a relatively new concept to the Kuwaiti market, I wanted to show my followers exactly how their meat-less burgers were being prepared without any compromise to flavor or taste through a tour of the Burger King kitchen. The best part of this project was getting to meet my followers who showed up to the Meet & Eat, a humbling experience to say the least, that allowed me to connect with the people who made Fajereats who she is today. I also surprised customers at the drive-thru by serving their orders throughout a fun-filled afternoon. And for those who couldn't make it, I created a "Meatless Monday" live eating coverage on Fajereats, to further promote Burger King's plant-based range. Show some love! BIRDS MENU DEVELOPMENT
This was a consulting project for a client in Saudi Arabia. My client wanted to open up a local, crispy, fried chicken joint and approached me for menu development for the brand. I began by researching the local competitive landscape and deepening my understanding of global food trends for inspiration, and then devised a menu that I knew would be a big hit in the Saudi market. I connected my client with an extremely talented chef from London for this project, and oversaw the process of development, tastings and menu optimization. The menu development project was also supported with a marketing roll out plan. The brand has since grown to be one of Dammam's most-loved fried chicken spots. JIMMI'S BUCKET LTO MEAL
For this collaboration, I teamed up with my favorite fried chicken concept in town to come up with an epic combo meal with all my favorites from Jimmi's Bucket! I worked on the product development of the Mac & Cheese side to this meal as well, and taste tested throughout the development process with the team. I put together the creative rollout plan, and worked with the talented @saltphotography to create a series of videos for this campaign. I consistently marketed this product across channels, with full endorsement through reels, stories, and sponsored ads. The combo meal was a huge success for the brand, and grew brand sales by over +52% during the 2 month duration of this LTO. KOSHO LAUNCH
This is a project near and dear to my heart. I've worked with the Eatico Catering Company team before (the masterminds behind Folio), and have always been a fan of the team's work. So naturally, I was thrilled when they reached out to me to help launch their newest Asian burger joint, Kosho, specializing in thick and juicy wagyu burgers. I worked closely with the team throughout the creative direction and menu development process, until we were satisfied with the plan for the launch event. I developed the PR & social media invitees lists in preparation for the launch, then hosted the 2-day event and made sure every invitee felt welcomed and enjoyed their experience. I also created a series of story coverages on Fajereats throughout the 2 day event. Overall, the event was a huge success in terms of introducing the brand to the market, and Kosho continues to grow and thrive in Kuwait's burger scene. KUNG PHOTOGRAPHY
When given the project of photographing a new Asian street food concept, I knew this one would be tricky. Since the brand was a delivery only brand, it was really important to create something that would stand out and to make the food look impeccable behind a screen. For Kung, I created 3 different photoshoot directions for the brand: 1) The first was a menu shoot, which was specifically used for aggregator platforms (Talabat and Deliveroo) and Kung's own delivery website 2) The second was for a batch of social media content for the first 2 months of the brands launch. Here, I developed the photoshoot vision, sourced all materials and props for the shoot, hired the models, and even created the social media template and theme with instructions on how the images should be posted. I worked closely with the team's graphic designer to bring the photography to life, and colorfully designed each post while building a consistent theme and layout to their social page. 3) A few months down the lane, I conducted a third photoshoot for Kung, to refresh the social media theme and introduce new elements/design to the page. TIGER TIGER BURGER COLLAB
For this collab, I worked with the R&D team at Tiger Tiger to taste test their new range of Asian-inspired burgers. I developed a promo-launch video for this initiative, where I was responsible for creating the direction and working with their team on production. I curated a PR list of foodies and lifestyle bloggers, and endorsed the product via ads on fajereats.
