In Chicken we Trust

This was a consulting project for a client in Saudi Arabia. My client wanted to open up a local, crispy, fried chicken joint and approached me for menu development for the brand.

I began by researching the local competitive landscape and deepening my understanding of global food trends for inspiration, and then devised a menu that I knew would be a big hit in the Saudi market. I connected my client with an extremely talented chef from London for this project, and oversaw the process of development, tastings and menu optimization. The menu development project was also supported with a marketing roll out plan.
